While this can feel exciting for some, for many others the New Year brings mixed emotions \u2014 reflection, uncertainty, grief, or even anxiety.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"897\">The New Year naturally invites reflection. You may find yourself thinking about what went well, what didn\u2019t, or what you hoped life would look like by now. For some, this brings pride and optimism. For others, it can highlight disappointment, loss, or feelings of being left behind.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1001\">There is no right way to feel at the start of a new year. Whatever emotions show up for you, they are valid.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1035\">Rethinking Resolutions<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1333\">Traditional New Year\u2019s resolutions often focus on fixing or changing ourselves.
